A huge congratulations to our very own Sandy and Bruce, who were tonight recognised as nominees in the Greater Shepparton City Council Volunteer Recognition Awards.
The Team Category featured 19 outstanding nominees, with the Oncology Support Volunteer Team taking out the award.
For the past 11 years, Sandy and Bruce have worked tirelessly coordinating our appeals, In 2025 alone, they contributed an incredible 703 volunteer hours.
Together with their amazing team of volunteers, Sandy and Bruce have now helped raise more than $1 million to support veterans in need.
Congratulations to all nominees across the four award categories. The work you do through local organisations and community groups plays a vital role in strengthening our community and uplifting those around you.
